Charles Keating - CEO and Principal Consultant - Networking, IT and Web and DB Software Development.

Charles started programming in 1979, and formed KCS in 1983 to provide software for the IBM personal computer as an independent computer consultant. In 1996, he relocated to the Seattle region. Over the years, he has refined his skills providing technology solutions and is adept at both detailed technology solutions and broader business objectives, strategies and policies. He is current president and chariman of West Sound Technology Association and has been on the executive board since 2003.

Doña Keating - COO; IT, Management, and Policy Consulting

Doña is Pres/CEO of a partner firm,  Professional Options,, a prominent innovator in the policy and management consulting industry which provides solutions for businesses, organisations and governmental agencies. She is also a principal in K2 Strategic Solutions, a partnership between Professional Options and Keating Consulting Service which has a combined 50 year history of providing information technology, policy, and management consulting. Keating’s latest book, “How to Avoid the Pitfalls of Nonprofit Hell”, offers pithy observations and solutions borne of decades of service on non profit boards and committees, advising them, or facilitating executive retreats.
